1. Any individual who is completed 18 years of age is eligible to become an independent Associate of the company. This is managed by good management.

2. An independent Associate means the person named in this application the company means splendid sharing marketing Pvt. Ltd. and the management means all directors of the company.

3. All the associates who promote the products (package) directly or indirectly are eligible to receive profit income from the company under the light of S.S.Marketing Business Plan.

4. The product means the package shown in our products catalogue and other product also which may be added to the collection for time to time. The product price is inclusive of the incentives.

5. The amount paid towards booking of the product is neither refundable nor transferable. The training/processing fees RS 995 inclusive of business development kits and is neither refundable nor transferable.

6. The price of the product/package is subject to change without any prior notice. Octroi and delivery charges will be extra for delivery outside Kolkata limit.

7. The product will be delivered within 15-20 days after receiving full payment towards purchase of the product at the companies head office.

8. If any product is found damage spoiled, kindly report within 48 hours to the head office or the nearest office in writing. No claim will be considered thereafter.

9. The company shall not be held responsible for any damage/delay in delivery of the product or payment occurred due to natural calamities or the circumstances beyond it control.

10. The associates shall be responsible for complain with the sales tax, octroi and all other taxes as many be applicable to him or her time to time and obtained all registrations and licenses that may be required for conducting the business, he/she also personally responsible for all taxes, income tax etc. dues payable owing to earning for the company. TDS will be deducted from the profit income paid to the associates as per the Income tax rules.

11. Associates are responsible for their own business decisions and expenditure and the company will not responsible for any loss, cost, claim or liability if any.

12. All the statement, stationary, magazine and publicity materials etc. required by the distributors will be charge separately.

13. The company shall give the right to take any amendments if necessary at any time in term and conditions and business plan subject to government policies and the associates shall abide by such changes.

14. The company may terminates/suspend the independent associate without prior notice. If He/She acts against the interest of the company or represent any other Network marketing Company engaged in the similar nature of business.

15. The management deserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.

16. The Associatorship is valid for a period of 12 calendar months for the date of acceptance of his/her application by the management. However auto renewal policy is available.

17. If any associate is not able to qualify for the product from his /her profit income, he/she has to pay the balance amount of the product within 90 days of booking and take the delivery of the product. However he/she enjoying the advance amount of RS 2000/- in the shape of discount coupon, which is meant for repurchasing the S.S Marketing Product only.

18. The S.S marketing Product packages are only for the independent associates of S.S Marketing family.

19. The amount for booking or purchasing of product including trading/service and processing charges to be made through the Demand Draft payable at KOLKATA only. The company will not be responsible for any cache payment.

20. If original receipt with ID No. has not been received within 15 days kindly write to the company’s head office, KOLKATA directly.

21. Payment of profit income shall be made by account payee cheque only in the name of the associates. In case of loss of the cheque, new cheque will be issued only after the period of validity of lost cheque is over and after ensuring that the bank has not made payment in respect of such cheque.

22. Due to change in any law, rules of local body, state or central government in future, the company shall be liberty to change management/administration and business plan either in whole or in part without any prior notice.

23. All disputes, claims, arbitration are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
